Yes, we do! Everyone on the team has two full camera kits, and the photographers save your images on two memory cards at all times. When your images come back to the office, they are downloaded onto our editing terminal, which is backed up by our server that has multiple drives within, just in case one fails. We also have an off-site server that backs up our main server daily. Once we upload your images into your online wedding gallery, we also keep a copy of your images on a backup drive, so you are always protected.

Most of the time, this is a personal preference, but we do recommend a second photographer if you have more than 200 guests. You would receive more images with two photographers, and there are a few parts of your day we would do differently depending on how many photographers you have.
Getting ready - If you have two photographers, this is easy. One photographer is with a designated partner and stays with them for the morning. If you have one photographer, they tend to spend the morning with the bride, and we will stage “getting ready photos” for the groom during the photoshoot after the wedding if time does not permit us to go to each location.
The first look - Whether your first look is before the wedding or during your ceremony, we will capture it the same way. If you have two photographers, they will focus on their designated partner. If you have one, they will go back and forth to capture both of your expressions.
Family Photoshoot - If you have two photographers, they can work as a team to make your family photoshoot as quick as possible. One person will focus on shooting, while the second person will be organizing and setting up the next shot.
Wedding Party and your Photoshoot - If you have two photographers, they can both go with you to your photoshoot, or one can go with you, and the second can stay at your reception to capture your cocktail hour.
Your second photographer will have the time to focus on candid images. This will provide you with more variety in your wedding gallery.

This can change based on group size, but we usually recommend that you budget an hour for family photos and an hour for your wedding party and your photoshoot. If you are doing a first look before the wedding, we can also do your wedding party photoshoot then.

We have several great planning guides available with all of our wedding packages. Holly is also available for planning calls to work out any details you may have questions about.

We select your team based on you and the type of wedding you are having. We do our best to match your photographer to your personality and the style of images that you are looking for. Some of our team focus on photography, some on videography and some of them do both. We factor in the size of your wedding, the location and what types of images you are looking for. All regular packages have a backup photographer from our team to step in if there is an emergency. Holly is also available to support you and the team. She is here to help with any questions or planning help you may need.

It is up to you, the team will need to eat dinner. If you would like to provide a meal, then they will work through their meal, capturing images at your reception. If not, they will need to step out for a break to get something to eat and will not be available at that time. Ideally, if they can be in the first group to eat, then they can be done before any of the reception action starts and can capture beautiful images while not missing dinner. Regardless, you will want them in the reception space so they know what is going on and when they should be taking pictures.

Yes, please! We love working with animals. We just ask that you bring along someone who can help out with your fur baby while we are taking images that they are not a part of.

We have an amazing list of preferred vendors on our website. In addition to being incredibly talented, they offer great freebies and perks to our couples.

There are two very important reasons for our sneak peeks. First of all, you just got married, it’s exciting, and we want to get you some images as quickly as we can. Secondly, we want to talk about editing. Trends and preferences change. We want you to love your photos, and this allows us the opportunity to do this. We will go back and forth with your sneak peeks until you are happy with the editing style. Once you are happy with them, we will edit your full gallery.

For each photoshoot you have with Fedora Media, we will create an online gallery for you. All images in your gallery come in both colour and black and white. There will never be any watermarks or logos - your day is about you, not our branding. You have no restrictions on how many times you share your gallery. All images can be downloaded in high-resolution files or web-sized images. Once your gallery is up, we will never take it down.
-
You are able to email your gallery to as many people as you like. There is also a privacy setting in your gallery. If there are any images you would like to keep private, simply hover your mouse over the gallery and click on the eye in the top right. This will move the image into a private gallery your guest cannot see, but you will still have access to it.
-
When you receive your gallery, you will have some downloading options. You will be able to select individual images to download or full sections in your gallery. Once you make this selection, you will be prompted to answer what type of file you want. The web-sized files are for anything online like social media or emailing. The High-Res images are a more detailed file and are too big to share online. These files are for graphic design, prints or albums.

We offer a wide variety of wall art options as well as prints, guestbooks and photobooks. We love creative projects, so anything you can think of, we can create!
-
This is a completely customized experience. We start by sending you a questionnaire about how you would like your album to look and create an option within your online gallery to select what images you would like included. Once we have your questionnaire and selections, it will take us about two weeks to build you a draft of your album, including the cover. We will send you a digital copy where you can make any notes or feedback that you like. We will address all of your concerns and make any necessary changes until you love your album. When you approve your album, we send it off to the printers. It will take three to five weeks to print and ship to your doorstep.

Yes, we do, though we can’t guarantee to be able to use them. Drone use can be restricted by weather, close proximity to an airport or other restrictions.

We can create a custom package with exactly what you are looking for with our all-female boudoir team. We have two studio options available as well as packages that come with full hair and makeup. Prior to your photoshoot, we will send you a planning guide, so you know exactly what to expect as well as a questionnaire so we know exactly what you want from your shoot. Your images will be delivered to you with a secure online gallery. If you choose to get prints or an album done, we have several options available.

No, we never provide RAW images. When you purchase a wedding package, you are paying for edited images. We cannot provide the quality our clients expect with RAW images, and you need specific software to review them, which the average computer user would not have.

Yes, we do! We love playing with lighting, and we will bring flashes, lights and anything else we need to capture your special day. We will also use flash as necessary when natural lighting conditions are not flattering.
-
If it rains on the day of your photoshoot, we can move it to a new day. Usually, we will make the call the day prior if your shoot is in the morning or the morning of your shoot if your shoot is in the afternoon or evening. If it rains on your wedding day, we have a number of different tools and the experience to make sure we can still capture stunning images. We always have clear umbrellas with us, and our equipment is waterproof. We can always find a covered area to take photos in or go to a backup location if we need to.

Golden hour is a common term used by photographers for the hour after sunrise and the hour before sunset. It can also be referred to as magic hour. This is generally the time for the most pleasing natural light.
